 - Use Google Maps to reach Modi Mill Complex
 - After taking u-turn from under the flyover, enter Modi Mill Complex 
 - Continue straight for ~0.5 kilometer till you reach a roundabout after Moser Baer's premises on your left 
 - Cross the roundabout and continue straight for a few more hundred meters 
 - Make a Right from the T-point (Landmark: HDFC Bank) 
 - Continue ~200 meters (Cross Fiat Dealership, Serco) 
 - Black Building on Right Side (No. 221)

 - 1 kilometer Govind Puri Metro Station on Central Secretariat/Badarpur Violet Line

 - Do not take Outer Ring Road as that would take a good 15-20 minutes longer
