Daya Kindness Fellowship
The world today needs kindness, acceptance, empathy and love. People in decision-making positions have the power to make this vision a reality. To contribute to this mission and create a better world, ‘Crack The MBA’ is launching a pre-MBA fellowship called ‘The Daya Kindness Fellowship’ for Indian applicants. In this first edition of the fellowship, Indian female applicants will have the opportunity to secure transformational admissions coaching support directly from Nupur Gupta, founder of Crack The MBA.
This fellowship is named after Nupur’s late grandmother Mrs. Daya Gupta (August 12, 1936 – July 29, 2020). True to her name ‘Daya’ (kindness in Hindi), Mrs. Gupta was a kind and strong person, and also a great leader. Mrs. Gupta encouraged her granddaughters to be creative and productive, empowering them to grow up into curious young adults. Her life is a living demonstration of the fact that women can be kind and great leaders. At Crack The MBA, we believe that the leadership capability in women is unexplored. Therefore, we want to encourage women to express their leadership by supporting them through the Daya Kindness Fellowship.
